Birthday Cards for Children Program

In our Mission to provide Honor, Hope and Healing, it is important that the children who experienced the loss of a parent through active-duty military service know they are not forgotten. Simply register your child on our website to receive a personalized birthday card each year. Once registered, on every birthday (through age 18), your child will receive a birthday card in the mail, signed by one of us, along with a Wal-Mart Gift Card they can use to buy something special for themselves.

How to Register

If would like to register your child to receive the personal birthday greeting each year, click the “Birthday Card Registration” button at the top of our home page and provide the information requested. Please complete a separate form for each child to be honored (through the age of 18).

Eligibility:

The Birthday Card Program is open to dependent children (through the age of 18) who lost a parent during active-duty military service to our country. This includes combat related deaths, training accidents, and deaths related to physical or mental illness, including suicide, while serving active duty.

See the “Birthday Card for Children” form inked below for guidelines on how to provide proof of meeting eligibility requirements.
